Bauer Inspection Services Inspection Reports typically includes these components and systems:
- Structure: Foundation, Grading, Basement, Exterior walls and siding, Trim, Windows and Doors.
- Roof: Roof covering, flashings, attic and insulation.
- Porch & Deck
- Interior walls, ceilings, and doors.
- Limited inspection of fireplace and chimney.
- Appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Water Heater
- Heating/Cooling System: Heating system, cooling system, and air handler.
- Plumbing: Piping, valves, and fixtures.
- Electrical: Entrance wires, main electric panels, and branch wiring.
- Swimming Pools/Spas: Structure, filter, pumps, blowers, plumbing, heater, electrical, pool/spa security, and diving boards.
- Indoor Environmental: Inspection services for termites and radon.

Our inspection reports are informative and easy-to-use. You will receive the report at the end of the inspection AND have it e-mailed to you later. Our detailed, written inspection reports include:
- A summary section listing the most significant items discovered during the inspection.
- An easy to read format that separates comments about your house from general comments about the house.
- Color photos of all of the deficiencies in the house, as well as many additional photos documenting general conditions in the house.
