Bauer Inspections provides a monthly Newsletter to previous clients and Realtors. The newsletter is in PDF format and sent via e-mail.
This newsletter is a “Maintenance Reminder Newsletter” provided by Bauer Inspections to remind you to perform certain maintenance functions around your house on a timely manner. As well as reminding you to perform these maintenance projects, the newsletter shows how to execute the maintenance, with many color photos and detailed step-by-step instructions.
Some of the reminders include:
- Changing your furnace filter
- Testing your T-P valve on your water heater
- Cleaning your gutters
- Cleaning your outside condenser unit to you’re A/C
- Cleaning your hydrotherapy tub
- Caulking and painting open joints in siding and trim
- Testing your GFCI outlets
Also included in the newsletters are other maintenance and repair tips to help you keep your house in first class condition.
